PSHK (The Centre for Study of Law and Policy, Indonesia) was established on 1 July 1998. PSHK does not focus on the jargon of reform or on advocacy for advocacy’s sake. Instead PSHK provides constructive criticism and useful recommendations in an effort to reform the legal system in Indonesia.
