This is yet another one of ICCS Students fantabulous revelry. When I saw pictures of Mira (US) and Simon (Australia)night out as 2 Goths, I threw in the idea to the "California Yakuza" to have Hell Dancers in California. There are positive responses initially, though fewer than last week's. Nevertheless, the number of participants did grow at the end of the day, as they witness the excitement of getting ready and the eccentricity of Gothic make ups. I started from supposedly helping 4 people with their make ups to over 10 people - my hands are shaking. Hahaha...

It was a great night!!! I was pretty anxious about the turn outs, but the whole thing went particularly awesome - party per se and me personally. After I was done putting on my own make up and wardrobe, I went to the basket ball field ready to leave. As I emerged from the alley, thunderous applause suddently filled the court, along with erratic whistles and cheers calling my name. At that point, I sacrilegiously felt like walking on water (hey, when else could you be blasphemous, if not Gothic Night? Akakakak).

Seriously, with all do respect and gratitude to all the heartfelt compliments for the handiwork I've done on people's face, I genuinely believe that it was the positive receptions and wonderfully expressive attitudes of the crowds that marked Gothic Night as one of the most memorable experiences.

There we were entering California, at midnight, body darkly covered, face ghostly painted, attitude grimly expressed. The people there gawked at us at first, then suddenly flipped to downright frenzy as the Goths, one by one, climbed the stairs with viscious attitude. We were at the centre of the stage. You could literally feel the Gothic attitude oozing from our pores. Hahahaha...

Eniwe, it was a FUN night.
Indeed one of the most impressive nights ever in Fuzhou.... Enjoy the pictures...
