This is Fujian Teacher's University Sports Week, it's kinda like their version of the Olympic, I suppose.
It was kinda fun... Heehheheh... We have a lot of photo options... It's funny how they made us participate in the parade, flaunting our national flags.. but then again... they cudda let us know earlier, so we cudda prepared our traditional or national outfit (instead of wasting money and forcing us to wear that mediocre long sleeve shirt... and to think they wud make us pay 20 kuai for that and expected us to appreciate having a mediocre shirt with our university's name on the our right chest) and/or displays... But then again organization and management are not their forte...
Despite the lowsy preparations and annoying lack of services (no, they didn't provide us with descent and enough transportation; no, they didn't provide food or snacks for the athletes; no, they have messy athlete's "benefit" system; no, they didn't care if under-age students would need better care and protection), we had much fun and we had our opportunity to be "patriotic" about each of our own country. I had the Red-and-White with me all along throughout the competition... Yeah, I half-heartedly had to participate in the throwing ball competition... But it's all for the glory of the Red-and-White... Hehehhe....
Eniwe, enjoy the pictures...
